léontine

first try at customizing a blythe. (i'm so glad they don't need eyebrows...)

léontine

she's a factory girl. translucent face. cappuccino chat scalp (that needed a lot of care!). possibly a cappucchino chat eyemech (special purple center eyechips) but with pink eyelids. and a very hastily put together body (cracks, torso and legs of different colors, painted nails) that will be replaced.

i didn't dare carve the lips. i don't have the tools and rarely like ones that are. i only used old chalks and watercolor pencils. too clumsy for paint ant brushes. i know the result is far from perfect. uneven, blotchy, etc... but i wanted a powdered effect and the colors are the ones i had in mind. at first i wanted her to smile, but i'm perhaps not in the mood because she ended up being rather pouty.

chocolate eyeshadow, a touch of white on the inner corner of her eyes and blushing... now she needs some varnish on her lips and matching eyelids (another touch of chocolate). this is going to be tricky. the lashes were also special ones which i would have loved to keep but the left ones were too damaged. so far, taking them off, so i could apply the shadow, has been very difficult. hours in hot soapy water didn't work at all. i wonder what i can use...
